Being queer means I’m free to be who I want to be, not who I’m “supposed to” be; to reject artificial limits and arbitrary constraints; to fill my life with love on my own terms.
“Queer” isn’t a label I’ve been assigned. It isn’t a role I’m required to fill or an ideal I’m expected to live up to. It’s a blank page, an open door, an infinitely forking path.
It’s freedom.
